Project Overview

The Red Bank Riverside scheme is a major regeneration initiative in the Red Bank area of Manchester, part of the broader Victoria North masterplan. The development will deliver over 2,000 new homes (across one, two and three-bed apartments, duplexes and townhouses) alongside public realm, amenity provision and commercial uses.
